This is great for reference to electronic assembly rules by the IPC and ANSI/J-STD-001B.   It is glossy color illustrated making it very instructive.  Later versions have only minor additions and changes, so personally, Rev C covers most of the standard assembly rule.  Save $100s on a Rev D or F.   There are no marked up pages or folded corners.  This manual is in very good condition with minimal wear and tear on the spiral binding pages but it is used.  It is still an excellent reference for PCB Assembly Rules.   This manual also is 3 hole standard punched from the printer.  PayPal only because they take most major credit cards and you do not have to have a PayPal account. USPS Media Rate shipping around $4 or $5 depending on your Zip Code. No returns on Books and Reference materials.  However, if you have any problems, please contact me to make sure things are satisfactory in every way way.
