Description:This compact serial sensor is the ZR-40S Precision Light Sensor. It is a low power, reflectance based, infrared proximity sensor with a serial UART interface. This sensor is a stand-alone device that will measure range and proximity in real-time and stream the range/distance data to any external device. This sensor can be used as a gesture device for touchless control of your next Arduino or other project! Comes with application cable that is compatible with Sharp sensors. Arduino UNO board not included.
