As you know with most government agencies, when a new grant comes in, they have to justify the grant by buying new equipment leaving very useful equipment for surplus.  Comes as shown.  No means to test.  USA CUSTOMERS- NO MEANS TO TEST, however will offer a 30 day guarantee to try it out fully with right of return.
