THERE ARE A FEW SMALL SCRATCHES ON THE CLEAR PLASTIC FACE OTHERWISE IT IS IN NEW UNUSED CONDITION...PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SIGN IS PAST ITS EFFECTIVE LIFE AND IS NO LONGER OSHA ACCEPTABLE... IT STILL GLOWS JUST FINE ITS JUST PAST ITS  RECOMMENDED EFFECTIVE LIFE  OF 2008 THUS THE GREATLY REDUCED PRICE... I HAVE A PICTURE THAT SHOWS HOW MUCH GLOW IT HAS IN SEMI DARKNESS...
