FLEX MS-45 is a one-component, elastomeric, adhesive mastic sealant, based on hybrid polymer resins. It is suitable for sealing vertical and horizontal joints 3-40 mm wide on materials like glass, aluminum, wood, granite, marble, PVC, etc. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Also suitable for elastic bonding on various substrates. It is not recommended for joints permanently immersed in water or in direct contact with food products. If you are grouting natural or artificial stone, such as marble and granite, please contact our showroom (phone number listed below). Advantages: Resistance to temperature fluctuations from -40°C to 90°C Excellent bonding to any kind of building material High elasticity Great endurance to aging and weather conditions Adhesion to wet substrates (even without priming) Prevention of fungi growth Can be coloured after hardening Consumption (280ml): 10 linear metres/280ml cartridge Colour Availability: Grey, redbrown This product is also available for pickup at our showroom.
