There are a number of lower cost milliohmmeters on eBay, but notice that those Chinese ones have only 10 milliohm precision. Notice that they don't use Kelvin connection to remove lead resistance from the measurement. For serious work you need something better. This top quality instrument is made in England by Isotek, a division of Isabellenhutte, the German measurement system company. It was over $400 new and has been used just a few times. Most of its life has been spent in my instrument cabinet in a climate controlled lab. Look over the specs in the attached photos. Read over the manual at the link below. Then make your choice.
