Continuous stirring maintains thickness and eliminates lumps. Equipped with a thermostat to maintain desired temperature. Special anti-clogging delivery spout. Stainless steel boiler tank. Transparent bowl for visual display It can be use for Mule wine, Atole, Champurrado, Ponche Hot chocolate bars are becoming quite popular, especially in colleges and universities. This 5 liter hot chocolate dispenser from Adcraft® consists of a stainless steel boiler tank and durable heating element. A bain-marie style heating system, continuous stir action and anti-clog faucet provide a hot, smooth cup of chocolate every time. Each unit features an adjustable, digital face thermostat and illuminated power switch. The drip tray includes a float indicator, meaning no messy counters. An overheat sensor has a reset button to prevent the machine from burning out if the water level gets too low
