This filter can be used as Low pass, High Pass, Band Pass, ( Flat amplitude or Flat phase ) or Band Reject Filter. Tested in all the modes works fine. The setup of 10 kHz response can be seen on the spectrum analyser in one of the pictures ( spectrum analyser not included in sale - included is filter s/n 26847, power cord and PDF copy of user/maintenance manual ). The power supply is externally switched between 110/220 V. There is an output of signal on the back for the external amplifier . The high pass settings go from  0.1 Hz to 10 kHz; the low pass from 0.1 Hz to 100 kHz.
