Hoses, inflations and rubber goods are not covered by warranty unless they have a manufacturing defect at the time of purchase and the claim is made within 5 days of purchasing. Returns & Exchanges If you want to return an item for any reason (refund, exchange or warranty), first contact the Schmitzer Portable Milkers Team. Call us at 1-989-660-3050. Returns for refund or exchange must be received within 30 days and have a copy of the original invoice or receipt. (If you can't find your receipt, call us and we will fax or email you a copy) Many of our items are not returnable because they are used in food production or animal health (See below). Original shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping fees. Because we do not honor returns after 30 days, it is important that you open your package as soon as it arrives.
