This is a used, guaranteed-good MS3116E8-4P straight cablel-mount plug connector made by ITT Cannon. A datasheet is available at http://www.farnell.com/datasheets/58286.pdf; see page 16 for the MS3116 series. It has (4) #20 pin contacts. It’s a solder-cup style. The termination assembly is the “E” type open-wire seal.
