Gema Easy 1B utilizes a computer based controller to accurately and precisely control pneumatic flow valves coupled to stepper motors that supply the air volume to the powder pump conveying and supplemental air circuits. This provides years of repeatable and accurate control of powder pump, powder delivery and the powder cloud. Gema Easy 1B utilizes 100,000 volts of first pass transfer efficiency at the gun electrode holder to maximize the powder particle charging as they become air born at the gun barrel nozzle. This high level of charging efficiency increases the amount of powder charged, thus increasing the amount of powder applied to the part being powder coated and less overspray. Gema EasySelect Manual Powder Gun contains a remote control on the back of the gun to allow full control of powder delivery to spray gun as well as to select electrostatic setting dependent on part to be painted. Flat part, complicated part or recoat. Gema Easy 1B powder pump is less intrusive to the powder stream reducing the back pressure within pump and wear on impact parts. ITW Gema EasySelect Manual Powder Gun - Manufacture Refurbished by performing full loading and testing on gun cascade(power supply), trigger circuit, remote control and low voltage gun cable. Contains brand new electrode holder, flat spray nozzle, round jet electrode holder, deflector tips, threaded sleeve and rinsing air assembly including quick disconnect. 3. Brand New Easy flow powder pump to ensure a even homogenous powder cloud at the gun nozzles. New pump insert, check valves and powder hose barbs. 4. Easy 1B Vibratory Stand has been stripped of all old tubing, fittings, powder hose, ground strap, power cables, etc. Then cleaned and repainted. Full testing of electric vibrator circuit. 5. Brand NEW conveying and supplemental air lines, quick disconnect fittings, spring guard fittings, fluidization air assembly, pickup tube assembly, fluidizing pads, powder hose, ground strap and power cable.
