These units are industrial tough, never give up and provide years and years of great performance and reliability. The Opti Manual Powder Coating Gun utilizes 100,000 volts of first pass transfer efficiency at the gun electrode to maximize the powder particle charging as they become air born at the gun barrel nozzle. This high level of charging efficiency increases the amount of powder charged, thus increasing the amount of powder applied to the part and less overspray. Opti powder pump is less intrusive to the powder stream reducing the back pressure within pump and wear on impact parts. Opti nozzles are less costly to maintain and operate than previous models of nozzles and electrode holders. Outlined below is the particulars for this particular powder coating system. 1. ITW Gema PGC Controller - Factory Refurbished by performing complete diagnostic test on pneumatic circuit including air pressure regulators, air flow valves and solenoid valves. New Opti Manual Powder Gun - New manual powder coating gun fully loaded and tested cascade(power supply), trigger circuit, remote control and low voltage gun cable. New Opti powder pump to ensure a even homogenous powder cloud at the gun nozzles. New pump insert, check valves and powder hose barbs. 4. Brand New 8lb Fluidizing Stainless Steel Hopper for powder fluidizing and transportation.
