The phones are then passed through to quality control to make sure our standards are maintained. We then test the phones again before individually shrink wrapping and boxing. Cards and Control units are electronically tested and when possible firmware is upgraded to the latest version. These then come delivered in anti-static bags. For several years we have tweaked our process to obtain as close to perfection as humanly possible. This has helped us grow rapidly in to a market leader in the refurbished telecoms market. The photos contained on this site are indicative of the refurbishment process. Our phones are graded as follows A Grade: Very good condition. B Grade: Good working order with some marks or discoloration. C Grade: Good Working order but poor cosmetics and possible missing parts. Unless stated we do not include power supplies with any of our phones. This is because most phones now support POE (Power Over Ethernet).
