One Vintage Jackson Selenium Rectifier Tester, Model 710. This is an extremely clean vintage test instrument.  The inside is spotless.  The front face and meter are blemish free.  The knobs are unbroken and as new.  There is a very small amount of surface rust on the top/back rim of the case.  The case has a baked on enamel finish and the rust should buff right off.  I did a small amount of cleaning for the photos but did not attempt to clean further. The power cord is OK but I would replace it.  The meter leads both need to be replaced but the alligator clips seem fine.  Both rotory switches are stiff and will require some cleaning and lubrication.  A very small amount of work will return this meter to a near new condition.  Includes the "Sele-Rater" load chart seen attached to one of the leads. I could not find a manual so did not attempt any testing.  This item is being sold untested.  The schematic can be found on-line. I also have a Simpson 260 Model 5P up for sale.  Check that out as well!  I am happy to combine shipping. Manuals for all the Simpson meters and adaptors can be found at Simpson260 on the web.
