JAMES INSTRUMENTS NDT NON DESTRUCTIVE TESTING SYSTEM HR-7000 METER REBAR LOCATOR Up for sale in this auction is a used James Instruments HR-7000 rebar locator. This is being sold as is no returns for parts or repair. The meter on this is badly damaged and will need to be replaced. It appears someone took the meter apart to try to fix it, because the cover was taken off. I assume the batteries in this are dead and will need to be replaced at this point. Might still be some valuable parts worth salvaging off of this. The foam in the carry case should probably be re-glued back into place. Included in this auction is the meter, power adapter, documentation, and carry case. I won't be responsible for compatibility, functionality, or setup issues.
