We only used this scanner for a month or so in the office area only--to test out an inventory software program. It is like new and works just fine. Scanner, cradle, 2 batteries, cables, and user manuals are included (see pictures). No strap or stylus included (we never received either with our original purchase). Cradle does has dust on the base. Great for any warehouse, distribution center, etc. For the Work at Hand.
