I will be glad to assist you. Domestic Shipping We use a flat rate for all UPS Ground shipments less then 50 pounds. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and the Dominican Republic. These locations must contact KMA Remarketing for a valid shipping quote. There is a $15.00 per box handling fee added to all ground shipments. This also includes items being shipped on a customer's account. Domestic Freight All items over 50 pounds, irregularly shaped or over sized must be shipped via a freight carrier. There is a $50.00 handling fee that will be applied to all freight shipments. Please be sure to supply us with the following information for all freight shipping: Is the item going to a business or a residence? Does this location have a loading dock? Will you need inside delivery? Will you need notification of the shipment? After this information is collected, we will then get quotes from (3) three different carriers and pass on the best-priced quote to you. Please do not wait until the last minute to request a quote. It does take time for the carriers to get back to us with shipping quotes. International Buyers We do ship worldwide. For smaller items, we will ship via USPS Express Mail International. The buyer is responsible for all tariffs, taxes, duties, etc., that are necessary for proper entry into your country. USPS requires that we have a phone number for all packages. Please be sure to supply your phone number to us at the time of purchase. We cannot ship your item without your phone number. Your order will be put on hold until all of the proper information is gathered for the shipping documents. We will also ship freight items worldwide; we only ship from door to port.
