This is a used unit only used for a couple of months was not used in a business setting. I don't have a key for it. Coffee strength can be adjusted at any time by turning the knob inside the refrigerated compartment. The Javaflow features an optional Child Safety Switch as an additional safety feature. If the Child Safety Switch is in the ON position, the user must simultaneously press the yellow child safety button AND the chosen beverage button in order to dispense cold water, hot water or coffee.
