This is a brand new, in original box, argon laser power supply.  It is Uniphase model number 2111A.  The input voltage range is from 100 to 120 Vac. It can be operated using a remote control interface or by jumpering some of the contacts on the DB-25 user interface.  I will send the pinouts so it is easy for you to do. I have worked with these power supplies before so I am familiar with them. This power supply will operate the following lasers: JDS Uniphase model 2211, 2212, 2214, 2218, and 2219.  The Spectra Physics model 163D, and 183D and the Lasos model LGK 7877 and LGK 7880.  Almost any air-cooled argon laser that has the same connector on it, except the high power model 2213.  I will include the JDSU argon laser manual.  I'll also include the pinouts for the laser head connection in case you are inclined to hook it to a laser other than those listed.
