   Dynamic Tech-Source   [Listing Description - Item Details]   Item:    JEOL JSM-6330F Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope   Condition/Details:    This unit is from the University of Florida, College of Engineering.  It was purchased in 2000 for $300,000 (see photo for info, including contact info for the department it came from.)  It was in use until 2015, when it was taken offline due to a new system being purchased.   It is being sold as is.  See photos for included items.   From the universities information page about the JSM-6330F:   "Accelerating voltages from 0.5-30 kV, up to magnifications of 500k, with a theoretical resolution of 2 nm.  Manufactured in the 1990's"   Potential buyers are welcome to come inspect this unit in Tampa, FL if interested.  Shipping will be by freight; buyer is welcome to use their own freight company or seller can arrange freight.
