JETLINE AUTOMATED WELDING SYSTEM CWP-20Z LIKE NEW PRECISION WELDING LATHE WITH HEAD STOCK MICROPROCESSOR ROTATION CONTROL TAILSTOCK LINEAR CARRIAGE TORCH MOUNTING SUPPORT STRUCTURE Purchased for a customer project that did not go through. The system is designed to rotate parts accurately about their center line utilizing a variable speed powered headstock. The parts will be held between the headstock and a moveable tailstock which incorporates air-operated clamping. A moveable linear carriage is provided for the lathe. A weld head column is mounted to the carriage that carries a pneumatic torch lift, a welding torch and a torch adjustment. The headstock , tailstock and linear carriage all mount on a precision cast iron base. A Miller Electric GTAW (gas tungsten arc welding) process equipment package is integrated.
