Polishing fixture, sliding dovetail jig with 1/4 inch Jacobs chuck.   Comes with all that you see in the pictures including key for the jacobs chuck and allen wrench for the rotating head and pulley for the motor.  I don't see any brand name or makers marking. Very strong - solidly made, tool steel.   The base is 7 inches long by 2 1/2 wide by 1 inch tall.   The spindle is about 5 inches long and the whole thing is about 4 1/2 inches tall.  You can mount in horizonally or vertically, depending on how you want to use it. Although the whole thing has various amounts of rust, it isn't deep and it doesn't affect the dovetail or the spindle.   I cleaned some of the rust off just to see how it would clean up.   You can clean it the rest of the way to suit yourself. The spindle holder slides the full length of the dovetailed base and can be secured by the hex screw on the side.   The spindle head rotates 360 degrees and can be locked in place by the two set screws.   There aren't any index markings for rotating the spindle head.
