As you can see on the left side, the latch is missing which a generic can be easily purchased at any local hardware store. It comes with two pans.   The outside dimensions are 24x25x36 1/2. If you factor in the door it's 26" wide. The inside dimensions are 19x20x19 1/2. The pans measure 18x16x4. Thank you.
