This is a precise brand Jig Grinding head with an R 8 style end to fit into most manual mills (Bridgeport) Turns your standard mill into a jig grinder. Runs on 110V. You can grind dowel holes etc. to all those in between sizes with great accuracy. Works like a bore bar head, just turn the Allen wrench provided to the scale on the head and get whatever size hole you need. Scale goes by .0001 Inc. works great!! 45,000 RPM has several size collets to accept different size bits. Comes with several bits, mounted wheels and one arbor to mount grinding wheels too for those larger holes. Cost several thousand dollars new. I have only used it about a dozen times and have bought a Moore jig grinder so I don't use it anymore. Email me with any questions before bidding.
