Polyethylene gas pipes are lightweight, non-corrosive, and easy to install by heat fusion or mechanical fittings. JMM High Density polyethylene gas pipes are made from quality, engineered resin with high flexibility, durability, chemical resistance, and longevity. JMM quality control programs encompass three critical aspects of the manufacturing process: incoming raw material, pipe production, and finished goods. Incoming material is visually inspected & tested to ensure they meet all applicable requirements. During production, the pipes are again visually examined for any cosmetic defects, and samples are routinely collected for physical verification and compliance testing. Final visual inspections ensure critical specifications and the high manufacturing standards have been adequately met...down to the packaging requirements. The entire manufacturing process is strictly monitored to validate they are indeed manufactured in accordance with all applicable specifications. All JMM's polyethylene pipe is manufactured in accordance with ASTM D2513 and IAPMO standards where applicable. All materials comply in accordance to ASTM D3350 and listed with Plastics Pipe Institute (PPI) as PE3408 or PE2406.
