For sale is a John Boos Maple and Stainless Steel table in excellent condition. This table was purchased new and has been kept in excellent condition in our baking facility. The top is Boos Block, 2" thick and in excellent condition. On top of the maple block, there is a custom made Stainless Steel cover in 10-gauge, food-grade stainless steel. We had the cover put on because food safety auditors prefer the cleanability of stainless. The table is an absolute tank! The frame is steel, and again, in perfect condition. The undershelf is galvanized steel and in perfect condition. The only odd thing is that on one side of the table, we had the corners cut off (as seen in photos) to allow for easier passage around the table. The stainless steel cover was custom fit to those corners. A new table of this size and quality from John Boos is about $6,000 and the custom stainless top cost us an additional $3,000. We are re-doing our bakery floor plan and need to replace this table with one of a slightly different size, so we want to sell this one. We have a loading dock and a forklift if necessary to facilitate moving it.  PICKUP ONLY...not shipping. Please respond to let us know if you are interested in this very special table.
