Up for sale is "One Set" (1) New Hydraulic "T" Fitting Kit enough to complete "One" (1) Tractor. This set consist of one (1) New Hydraulic "T" Fitting and Flared Cap to be installed at the Rockshaft main oil supply line. And also: This set consist of one (1) New Hydraulic "T" Fitting and Flared Cap to be installed at the Rockshaft oil return line. (The proper location.) If you are needing an auxiliary hydraulic high pressure source to supply pressure to accessories such as a front end loader but only have one set of hydraulics on your tractor, this "T" fitting set will work. By installing the main oil supply line "T" fitting you will have "Constant" hydraulic high pressure and high volume at all times the engine is running. This hydraulic supply is independent of any controls. This frees up the use of the tractors existing hydraulics for other implements and still be able to operate a loader as needed. Of course, what ever implement / loader you use will need it's own independent control valve. The installation location for this "T" is on the right side (Passenger side) in front of the brake pedals. (See arrow in picture above for location.) If your tractor is not equipped with a (3 point hitch) Rockshaft, an alternative installation location is at the fluid inlet feed line on top of the "SCV" (Selective Control Valve) (These are the control valve your dash hydraulic levers are controlling.) Located under the hood on the left (drivers) side in front of the dash. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ A 1 1/16" hydraulic fluid "Return" "T" Fitting is included in this set for the returning oil to reenter at the proper location to avoid hydraulic supply pump starvation. This "Return" Fitting is installed at the rockshaft return line on the left (Driver's side) to the rear / beside the transmission filter. There are two elbows on the rear side of the filter. The "Top" elbow with the rockshaft return line attached is replaced with this return "T". On Powershift Transmissions, things are more congested and the installation location is to be where the "Lower" elbow is. The reason is because on 3020's the battery box may bump the end of the fitting if installed in the top location. On the Powershift 4020's, the rockshaft oil return pipe would require bending (If it even could be bent) so this new Return "T" is to be installed where the "Lower" / forward elbow is. (See arrow in the picture above with the filter, to see where the Return "T" is to be installed.) Another location is to tap into the transmission filter cover (But not with this return "T") or purchase a special cover that Deere will gouge your wallet for. Both of these fittings are straight through with no restrictions. The supply "T" is a 37 degree tapered flare with 3/4" x 16 thread. The return "T" is a 37 degree tapered flare with 1 1/16" x 12 thread. These carry a SAE 100R2 Hydraulic Rating. One flare Cap for each "T" are included to be used to "cap-off" the end of the "T" if you remove the implement and still want to operate the tractor without having to reinstall the original elbows previously removed. Or, keep the caps available in the tool box in the event that a main Hydraulic hose blows and you will be able to cap off the "T" allowing you to get the tractor to a location it could be repaired properly.
