Here is a welded up John Lauson 40 tooth chipped cam gear, and bracket. It also has some governor part on it. It is welded, and needs more welding done to it, so look at the pictures, the only thing good about it is that it is better than nothing. I need the same assembly for a 4 1/2 hp. All castings require finishing in a machine type setting. . I do not have a shop open to the public. If item selling is a casting,( if it is not , disregard), all castings are guaranteed against sever defects, they are castings, so some times there are some rough areas, I guarantee that things will machine, and be usable. Just email, and return or send a picture of any defective casting for a replacement. ( When item selling is a casting) , I like to relist the things that sell, so the items selling as relisted castings, usually is not the item you receive but is a facsimile, and as always, guaranteed. . I like to ship things for costs. It also costs to box things, such as tape, and gas to town, , and ebay now charges me final value fee's on the shipping , plus pay pal, I do loose money on shipping. I like to pad the weight of a box ,so to cover the extra,(hidden to me) charges. I do not like to loose money on shipping. Please also note, I can not always message from my computer, if you ask a question late in the game, one needs to send me an email address, or a phone number if you want an answer. Friendly ebay dealers helping, some times it is nice if I really state some thing off, but I really just do not want any catechetical questioning to help my sales, like the dealer with 2,000 sales feed backs, and no buys, and did not even try to buy my item, asking me if that was a blade of grass, or a crack. Foreign bidders, Although I was recently able to send a sale to Australia directly, with out Global shipping, ebay has been making me participate in this thing they call, Global shipping. ebay had no longer allowed me to mail directly to foreign countries. They make every one ship to a processing center, I have not control over this or what they charge,I would ship world wide,if possible but must add on the 5% fee to the shipping ebay charges with paypal, and the fee of final value fees on shipping they now charge me.
