As you know with most government agencies, when a new grant comes in, they have to justify the grant by buying new equipment leaving very useful equipment for surplus.  COMES AS SHOWN!  Some cosmetic wear. Powers up, and spins. There is the right switch with a sunshine, and when I switch it I dont see it do anything, not sure what it does.   No means to test!   USA CUSTOMERS- NO MEANS TO TEST,  may have other unknown issues.  Sold as is for parts or repair!  INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS- NO MEANS TO TEST,  SOLD AS IS WITH NO GUARANTEES.  1.
