Cosmetically, they show signs of normal field use. However, the rugged aluminum frames are bulletproof. The handles function properly and the wheels turn freely. Used by EMS personnel to evacuate immobile patients from confined areas. Only weighs 14 lbs by our measurements. Folds flat and compact when not in use. Comes with patient restraint straps, folding handles front/back and locking wheels. The vinyl upholstery simply snaps on. I checked the Junkin website and this is a current model and still supported with a full line of replacement parts. There are signs of normal use but no damage. It is ready to use as soon as it arrives. The upholstery is intact without rips or tears. There is minor fraying on some units where it is wrapped around frame [see photos]. They still have plenty of life left in them. The wheels are rolling smooth and the wheel locks work.
