Here's a nice and clean "refurb" K&S 4522 Manual Ball Bonder.  Features installed Deep Access option, using capillary length 0.625" and total 1/2" (0.500") Z travel. Gold ball bonding 0.0007" to 0.003" wire diameter, and also copper wire bonding when using a cover gas attachment.  Includes LEICA MZ6 MICROSCOPE WITH 16X EYEPIECES, RH Mouse as pictured, with built-in manual Z control.  Heated work stage included, rated to 250 deg Centigrade.  Also included....1 K&S Deep Access Bonding Capillary...1 spool 300' of GOLD BONDING WIRE 0.001" (1 mil) diameter...$600 VALUE!!  AND A 90-DAY PARTS WARRANTY!! Please check the pictures and ask and questions, including bonding capability or procedure questions!! I'll be pleased to explain the bonding process. And why this unit may be just what you're looking for in capability and value. Reconfiguration to LH mouse, and all other K&S options are available, including standard 0.437" / 0.375" length capillary setup on this machine!! Note: pictures show bonder with standard length capillary.  Deep Access capillary will be installed and machine setup/ bond tested before shipment (again; bonding tested several times during test sequences. Check our feedback; we aim to please!!  I can back this product with Spares, Service, Supplies, Warranty, AND 37 years of precision in the wire bonding process (maybe a couple patent credits also). Warranty is 90-day limited parts warranty, not including breakage or expendable items.
