K&S 8028PPS High speed/accuracy fine pitch wire bonding machine. The bonder has very friendly manual bonding mode - much faster and easier than manual Bonders plus fully scale-able to high volume production. Why even consider a fully manual system when you can buy a much more capable machine for the same money. Kulicke & Soffa Machine has the following options loaded : S/W 8-28-2-29 BGA 2-5 SSB-1 SSB-2 Bump 1 J-wire Sec. loop Sec. 2 loop Sec. bump Bonding area: 50.8 mm by 65 mm Fine Pitch Bonding: 45 uM Bond Placement repeatability: +/- 3.5 uM Systems have gone through reconditioning and full testing and calibration. Currently configured to automatically load and unload leadframe magazines but we can also configure the machine for a manual vacuum work holder for batch loading substrates. Very accurate and fast bonder, perfect for anything from high speed to low volume production due to its very user friendly operations. We can provide install / training / support for the units as well as parts down the road. Systems are ready for production and priced very advantagous compared with new bonders.
