This item is a K-Band Waveguide Gunn oscillator with WR-42 flange for antenna or waveguide coupling. It does NOT have a Gunn diode NOR the mixer/detector Schottky diode but has the all the necessary hardware if you want to use this device as Gunn oscillator. It was made by C&K Systems.
