Kaba LL101126D41 Cylindrical Button Lever Mortise Lock - Left Hand - Satin **Anyone looking at this listing likely knows what this is. Unit is in almost pristine condition - I can't make out if it was previously installed or not - I truly don't think it was due to the thread locker still untouched on some screws/bolts. There are a couple insignificant items missing - the manual lists a strike box and a single strike plate. The strike box is not included, but there are two strike plates of different sizes as shown in the photos. Strike boxes are generally made of plastic but if this is going into a commercial property, I imagine the infrastructure already has a strike box welded in. There are other mounting screws for said strike/latch that I realized were used, according to the instructions, for the cylindrical drive.
