 I have 5 of these left from a job that they upgraded to electronic fingerprint technology. If youre familiar with these, you know they are bulletproof. Some of the best technology for door security. These are full mechanical. No Batteries. Very simple and reliable. Very easy to change/add/remove combinations. I will include the important part of the install instructions, and I will include the link where you can view the whole document. These come with a very high security BEST core that includes one control key(to remove core) and one key for emergency operation which is only needed if you forget your password, or just want to give someone a key and not give them your password. I use these at my house and shop. They fit perfectly in a metal/commercial door. If you install them in a household door, its very easy to do. Just offset your original hole about 1.2 inch. As you can see in the pictures, you can see I have one in my wood door to my garage. I live in the High Sierras and our temperatures go from Zero degrees, to 110degrees.... Since these are mechanical, they will work ALWAYS...Hot, cold, power outage...Nothing will stop you from getting in. PS... I will set these with a generic password, unless you want me to set it for you. I can also change handle direction if needed(no charge)
