( AKA: Noodles Quick!).   Kame Chinese Noodles go well in a variety of recipes with chicken, eggs, veggies, and more. These Chinese noodles are made from wheat flour and are consistently sized. These thin wheat noodles originating in Northern China are the secret ingredient to creating restaurant quality Asian dishes at home. Simply boil or stir fry to create fun dishes like Lo Mein and Chow Mein noodles. The Ka Me brand is known for creating authentic Asian ingredients for generations. All natural. No fat. They absorb flavor well. Product of Taiwan. Fat-free Chinese noodles Low sodium 0 g trans fat 0 mg cholesterol Cook noodles Boil for Just 3 minutes, rinse under cold water and drain.  Here is an easy recipe: Cook noodles: Boil for  Just 3 minutes, rinse under cold water and drain. Heat wok over high heat and add stir-fry oil. Add thinly sliced chicken breast, cut up celery, bell peppers and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 2 minutes; add chicken broth, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp KA•ME Cooking Wine and 2 tbsp KA•ME Sesame Oil. Reduce heat, stir for about 3 minutes. Ladle over cooked noodles and serve.
