Designed and tested to compliment steel cap footwear and to maintain the footwear’s own safety standards. Tested to conform with stringent Worldwide safety footwear standards, the lip of the MetGuard sits on top of the steel cap at load point, providing supplementary protection for the entire Metatarsal region. (Safety Standards listed below) Suitable for use in all workplaces and industries, the Kanga Tuff MetGuard is designed to protect the workers upper foot from damaging impact and other crushing loads, by deflecting the impact of falling loads and by spreading the crush and impact load. Kanga Tuff MetGuard is suitable for all safety shoes and boots and has optional attachment straps to secure to non lace up footwear. Complies with metatarsal impact resistance standards F2412-05 ASTM Clause 7 F2413-05 ASTM Clause 5.3 EN 13634:2004 Clause 6.3 - Use on footwear EN20345, EN20346, EN20347 approved toe cap footwear. ISO 20344:2004 Clause 5.16 ISO 20345:2004 Clause 6.2.6 AS/NZS 2210.7:2001 Clause 4.5.2 - Use on footwear AS/NZS 2210.3 APPROVED.
