This listing is for one used Karl Storz 27084 Perez-Castro Uromat. Powers up and pump turns on. Case has a dent in the top front as shown and some scratches. It may be missing a knob on the front for pressure selector. On the back, the plastic housing where the power cord plugs in is broken and needs to be replaced, though I was still able to power it up like it is. No hoses, cords or cables included. Sold as-is, as described. Buyer to pay $15 shipping. This item is clean and safe for transport; however, used medical equipment and instruments should be thoroughly cleaned and sterilized (if applicable) prior to use.
