The Karl Suss PA200 is a high precision and stable semiautomatic wafer probe system with a heated chuck, capable of submicron probing on substrates of up to 200mm in diameter. It can operate with or without a PC controller, and comes with a Mitutoyo microscope featuring long working distance objectives. The system includes a 200mm diameter temperature chuck that can reach temperatures between 0 to +130 deg C, and has a travel range of 200mm by 200mm. International buyers should note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
