Hi and Thanks for looking! Kay RLS 9100 Rhino-Laryngeal Stroboscope This sale is for the console ONLY. What is pictured is what you will get. I will send the power cord in the pictures, but honestly I don't know if a more powerful cord should be used...it has the same plug as a computer monitor so that's what I used to test power. The unit has been powered on but NO other testing has been done. No light source, cables, or instructions. Cosmetically it is fantastic condition with very few minor blemishes. Estate sale find. Owner passed away; wife said it was from her husband's office. As with all medical hardware, I suggest that you have this unit inspected by a technician before initial use. It is up to you to recertify it before it is put into an operational setting. Be sure to look at all the pictures and consider them part of the description.  Please feel free to ask questions!   Buyer pays for shipping which may vary by your location.  **THIS ITEM CANNOT BE SENT TO A P.O.
