Thia unit is in excellent condition. It powers on, as you can see from the pics with the current date and time. There is an inspection sticker for both the battery and unit itself with recent dates.  Comes with everything that is shown in the pictures including instructions, carrying case for the main unit, hard case for the entire device including power cord.  This item was purchased as part of a larger lot in a private sale therefore I don't know the extent of its history, how exactly it operates other than the fact that I can see it's in excellent condition, powers on and, most importantly, shows two recent inspection stickers showing the unit and battery passed.
