This is a complete and working K&T dividing head with X-axis. The machine operator would remove the handle of the X-axis on either a vertical or horizontal mill and drive the head with the power feed of the machine. This dividing head allows for making helical gears as it turns on its axis as the X-axis feed moves the tool across the work piece. It has a Cushman 3-jaw scroll chuck that seems to be in very good condition. It is stiff from years of sitting but is still in good working shape. It will require a cleaning and lubrication. I will ship this item inside the continental US. Shipping weight is 120 lbs in a wood box. If you purchase this item please wait to pay until I get a freight quote.
