This is a working used Keithley calibrator for use as a secondary standard when calibrating electrometers and picoammeters.  This unit includes a GPIB connection for programming and data.  This unit is capable of  Source Current: 2pA to 20mA, Resistance: 1k ohm to 1G ohm in 9 decade steps, Voltage: 200mV to 20V, Coulombs V/R (passive): down to 20 pC.
