With its 1fA measurement noise and 1kV voltage source, it is incredibly flexible and versatile for various resistance applications. Its alternating polarity resistance method enables repeatable measurements, even in situations where background currents previously made it impossible. The Keithley Electrometer also excels in all electrometer functions, such as its exceptional 200Tohms input impedance in voltage measurements, measuring currents between 1fA to 20mA, and charge measurements from 10fC to 2 micro C. Additionally, it can measure resistances up to 10e17 Ohms with a current measurement range of 100aA to 20mA.
