This is a Keithley 417 picoammeter. It's lowest full scale range is 100 femto amps! It also has a nulling function to subtract out currents, so that you can see very small changes in measured current. I have tested all major functionality on it (though I have not tested the connectors on the back, besides the main input). It is fully functional. All rotary switches operate well, and the pots rotate smoothly without any jumps in reading. This device is in excellent condition and has clearly been taken care of through its life. Please contact me with any questions and if you would like me to run any tests. Note that all photos shown are with a 2ua current flowing through the device (2V power supply connected across a 1M resistor). Local pickup available in Santa Clara, CA. I am open to other shipping options besides USPS - please contact me before purchasing if you'd like alternative shipping options.
