The 3390 is a 50 MHz Arbitrary Waveform Generator from Keithley. An arbitrary waveform generator (AWG) is a type of electronic test equipment people use to generate repetitive or single-shot electrical waveforms. Single-shot waveforms require a triggering source, either internal or external, while repetitive waveforms do not. Inject the signal the waveform generator creates into a device for analysis during testing, finding problems with the device, or confirming proper operation. This is for the unit alone, I dont have probes, leads or power cord for this unit 50 MHz sine wave frequency 25 MHz pulse frequency Arbitrary waveform generator with 256k-point, 14-bit resolution Built-in function generator capability includes: sine, square, triangle, noise, DC, etc. Precision pulses and square waves with fast (5ns) rise/fall times Built-in 10 MHz external time base for multiple unit synchronization Built-in AM, FM, PM, FSK, PWM modulation Frequency sweep and burst capability Waveform creation software, KiWAVE, included LXI Class C compliance
