Item is like new (it was used only couple of times for a customer's demo) and will come without the original manufacturer's box as it was damaged, the included .098" OD grooving insert has one edge chipped, the insert has 3 cutting edges. There are some rust spots and dust on the tool as you can see in the pictures due to the tool stored loosely in shop environment.
