What you are bidding on is a rolling Kennedy Tool Box, these are TWO tool boxes. The one on top and the bottom rolling one. Review the photos to see what I am talking about. This item comes loaded with tools inside. This item is in used condition but still very good and functional. It has some areas were small patches of paint are gone, and you can see some rust in other areas. All the drawers pull in and out very good, all the drawers except ONE has tools and misc. items. Please review the photos so you can clearly see for yourself what items are inside the tool box and the condition the tool box's are in.
