(one) Pressure reactor vessel , approx. 18" diameter , 24" high I.D. , approx. 100L total capacity . Vessel made by Zeyon Inc. , MAWP 125psi FV @ 250 psi , MDMT -20F @ 125psi FV , jacket 125psi FV @ 300F . (2005) . Flange and head are 1 5/8" x 25" diameter . 316 stainless . Head has (3) 1 1/2 " ports with CIP fittings . (1) 1/2 " threaded port . (1) 3" welded feed port with 6" CIP fitting . Jacket is 18" high on the sides with (2) 3/4 " NPT ports . Manual side operated ball valve is mounted to center bottom of vessel , with 2" CIP fitting under cart . 3/4 hp Brawn mixer , model BGMF75 , Baldor inverter duty motor , 2700 rpm max . Inline reducer is approx. 5 to 1 . It is believed that all wetted parts are 316SS . Our guess is that not wetted parts are 304SS . The cart and jacket seem to be spray coated . Cart is 30" x 30" with fork slots . (4) 5" x 1 1/2 " plastic casters . Overall height is 83" . This unit only has a few months use . Like new . 1" diameter mixing shaft .
