It is compatible with all Keysight oscilloscopes and any scope with 0.2 to 0.5 V/div sensitivity, a minimum input impedance of 1 MOhm and a BNC input. Compatible with the 1000, 3000, 5000, 6000, 7000, 8000, 9000, 80000 (with E2697A) and 90000 (with E2697A) Series oscilloscopes.
